Our Story

In the 1970s Letty Williamson made raspberry vinegar at the
family fruit farm in Aberdeenshire from a recipe handed down
through generations. Letty’s son Grant revived the old family
recipe and developed it into a selection of unique, artisan Pure
Fruit Vinegars.
In 2019, Letty’s granddaughter Evelyn and her husband Pete
took over the family business. Staying true to the same recipe
and principles that Letty herself used in the 70s, they continue
to experiment with new flavours, whilst still producing the old
favourites, and are determined to promote their message that
